i got caips notes ,.... Now what???plz help MOMI and seniors

hi i was refused a study visa for acca and college was stouffville. Then i applied for caips and i got the following reasons for refusal.
1: you failed 2 acca papers i.e.f3 and f4 and was absent for 1 paper.
2: you have shown your uncles statements to justify your financial resources but havent showed personal assets.
How to remove the above 2 reasons for applying again????
1; i applied for first 6 papers of acca including f3 and f4 to do in canada . I couldnt pass them here thats why i decided to study them in canada. so i will make a strong sop to make them realise that i am already going for those papers to stouffville caz i can not find a good teaching institute here and the papers failed are part of my acca to do in canada.
2; to clear the 2nd reason i will ask for a bank loan to prove some personal assets.
Any suggestions plz????

why were you unable to pass those papers in your home country? big question mark? Go and clear them in your own country. why are you wasting your hard earned money on visa fees, accommodation, tuition fees in Canada which is super expensive. You have to write a good sop and convince visa officer about having no other intention apart from studies etc

btw, which online service did u use for your caip notes?

1- Either u have to clear these papers in Pakistan OR write in your sop the reasons why u are unable to clear these papers in Pakistan and how your chances will increase by studying these papers in Canada.


2- I have already described that sponsorship by uncle is not favoured , First ur own statement then parents and then siblings, so try to show your own personal assets or parents assets..........

In my opinion, you should change your course to a proper bachelor program in accounting or business and let the embassy know that being unsuccessful in acca papers in pakistan have made you to do this program which is going to lead you towards the final of acca or cga in easier way........thats definitely be lucrative for someone struggling over acca certification and a good motive to show to the embassy.
