REFUSAL LETTER FOR NOC MISMATCH----HELP WANTED

sad to hear about your situation, buit i wonder how come they gonna refund your application fee,...what i understood that you got rejection at the VO and the refund only applies if your application is returned without processing at the CIO..isn't it!! At the time of rejection, what was your ecase status?

I need someone to help me
I got a refusal from seattle office.
They didn't me AEO point (after 4 years) I replied 2009 and I completed my application.(medical,ILTS,Landing fee,,,,).
40 days 1go my ecas showed Decision made and I was hoping get my passport request, but didn't.
What should I do؟

You can send them an email and explain why you think you deserved points for AEO and them to reconsider. It may or may not work, but no harm in trying.

Dear Munawar!I also sent re consideration letter in August.My VO is also MCH.Have you received any answer of your appeal?
