Refusal based on Purpose of Travel, Personal Assets and Financial Status

It's difficult to understand the logic on their decision.why she did

Why "she" did? Do you know the officer?

Two days after refusal, I got email about "New update about my Application" from CIC, but when I checked in GCkey, there were no any updation.
What was that?

Your profile is quite strong so it's hard to see why you were denied. The only thing I can think of is that they think you might be working while you're in Canada/planning to move here.

What was your 9 day plan? Can you post that here?

Deciding to apply GCMS notes, tell me what type of notes I should apply I think there are two types of notes CBSA/CSIS which types of notes I should apply for, and suggest me any good website.

Good explanation.but then how come a 34 year old recently divorced Mexican woman can enter thw country even though her intentions were reported to immigration and refug3 department with so many emails?(i sent several emails to inform the customs that she'll stay more than she declares and she'll work illegally as a visitor.i think there's a huge discrimination.but why?

To be honest, i dont have their assessment criteria. Maybe IRCC rates the country's data based on historical.

For eg, If Indians are abusing their VISA rights, stricter rules apply to them.

Me (35) and my father (68) applied online Visitor Visa on 4July2019. (Mistakenly Separately)

He got approval on 13july, but I got refusal on 18july 2019.

Reason stated about my refusal is.


1. "I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your ... 179(b) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit."

2." I am not satisfied that you will leave canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, based on your current assets and financial status"

My profile as described in covering letter is:- I am a freelance devotional Singer (famous) in my community having musical albums and also run my family business with my father ( provided GST registration where my father is proprietor and I am official signatory of the firm) (As I did to obtain Australia Visitor Visa, everybody says don't hide anything, so I explained my profile in detailed.


1. I shown around above INR -10Lac (19000Cad) in my account, (6month statements and for 1 year those accounts are so active)( contains 3 joint account with my wife and my children 5and12years)(as did for Australia) (including oneterm plan2.5lac)

2. One Property paper which own by me.

3. 9 days plan, Hotel Booking Toronto and Niagra Falls. Without flight booking.

4. Shown interest that if we get time will meet my Sister son who is on study visa. (Don't wanna hide anything)

5. CA Valuation Certificate my credit cards, Forex card and 4 vehicles registration. ITRs for 5years

6. Travel History Australia, Singapore, Hongkong, Dubai, Thailand, Kuwait.

7. On letterhead my father signed that I am giving my professional services since 2006 and I am the official signatory of the firm.(as did at Australia)

8. Mentioned my mother, wife and children are not going with us, only me and father are going.

Please help where I did mistake and what I should do next. My father profile is same except age and property.
First time in life, I faced refusal.
PLEASE HELP.

Should i refile the Visa, showing financial help from my father and mother? Or this strategy will show negetive impression because in first file, I was bearing my own expenses.

It's exactly what I said - your purpose of visiting doesn't make any sense. It's impossible to guide you because you keep insisting that you're just a normal tourist.

I don't believe that you are a tourist. But what I believe doesn't matter. What matters is that the visa officer doesn't believe you either.

Anyway, if you are a real tourist, just go somewhere else for a holiday. If you aren't a tourist and you're coming here to work/immigrate, tell us and we can help you.

Hello Please help .. I got refusal for my mother in law TRV with two objections
1 personal assets and financial situation ( My mother law doesn’t own any property neither she have much money in her account except $10,000.

2 Travel History ( Yes, she’s a housewife and never been out of country)

We have applied for 3 months Visit in which we mentioned that she is coming to Canada to help her daughter in pregnancy as she has complications.

how would I clearify these two things as she doesn’t have any travel history means she can never travel ??
Please Help ASAP
