Refund help

My application was rejected in 2013 April. I received an email from the CIC, saying that I would receive a refund cheque for the "The right of permanent residence fee of $490.00 ". But I have never receive the cheque.

What number can I call?
I have been sending so many e-mails to the CPC Cost Recovery center for two years. What number I can call to get my money back?

Any Help would be much appreciate.

landing fees is non refundable .

u can call the if u live in canada only. other than that, u have to email them.

and yes it is refundable because your application got rejected.

The RPRF will be refunded if the application is refused.. this is exactly from cic email that was sent to me regarding RPRF
