Refund for applicants not meeting the FSWP profession criteria

If a FSWP application is found to not satisfy the work description of the 24 profession that is listed in new FSWP.

Will the application be rejected or will there be clarification request from CIC?
Will the 100% money be refunded if the application is not processed?

I don't think it will be refunded. In the CIC website , it says processing fees will not be refunded.
