Should it be mentioned that the applicant is a recognized Refugee in another country when applying for express entry through Federal Skilled Workers?
If mentioned will it negatively affect the application and if not mentioned will it be risky

If you are a recognized refugee in another country and everything is in order with that regard: it should not impact your Federal Skilled Worker PR application in any way. No need to hide it.
