O no, this was before covid. At the time you mail the application and wait a month to get the RTD delivered (no notice or a way to track the process).

I don’t know how it’s work
Do I have to scan all the documents and upload it online or i have to go Canada post office to give them

just scan the forms and documents and upload them

The fastest way is to scan and upload all of your documents onto the epost conversation. Make sure that the files are saved at best resolution. I remember for photos they have to be at least 1 megabyte. Remember to mail any valid RTD to them (instructions is provided in the same epost message)

@nurse_giz If you're travelling very soon I think it's better to send a web form to follow up.

Yes I did They did not open a chat yet, only I see is my last uploaded files
How long does it take for them to check the documents ?
They opened my message in one business day, I don't know if this is the norm. They are not going to reply BTW unless they need something

they opened my application after 1 business day as well.. when did you submit your application ? i submitted mine over 2 weeks ago and still nothing and i need to travel very urgently
They opened my message next day I applied. Also they called my Guarantor but after no updates.
