I guess everyone now mark "Urgent Processing" but they dont do anything until you call them several times. Your application may be sitting in mail room unopened yet

Hi everyone! I finally received my Travel document after 6 months, just wanted to ask how can I know which countries I can travel to with this RTD?

Can I book a visa appointment for US? Can I travel to Europe or US? which countries I do not need visa for with my RTD?

I sent via UPS on Feb 10 as an urgent case but didnt actually include any documents to prove the urgency. but I sent 2 forms and explained the reasons that I need. so Finally I got it yesterday.

Urgent Processing. I have called and emailed numerous times also and they keep saying its in the queue.
Is there somewhere I can go to get it right away? I had to postpone the trip 3 times because of this. My boyfriend needs to see his mom, its been since 2012 and she's almost 90.

There's nowhere you can physically go to get the RTD right away.

Are you applying for the RTD or is your boyfriend? Is your boyfriend also a refugee / protected person?

He's applying but I'm doing/submitting everything for him. He is a convention refugee/protected person and we have applied for his PR also but it will be approximately 2 years before he gets that.

Filled the urgent processing form: Aug-9th
Got a call from them on: Aug-11th saying they'll send me an epost.
Gathered all my requisites/documents and posted a msg on epost on: Aug-15th
They read the msg on: Aug-17th.
Got the RTD today Sept-12th.

Has anybody been actually able to get to talk to an agent on the phone. Every time I call it says they are experiencing a high volume of calls even when I call as soon as then open .
