I applied 19 of March and they received next day. I called them today. The lady was so nice. She said it's on process now. Everything looks good, no missing document. Give little bit more time. I hope everything goes well. Good luck.

Hey thanks for getting back to me. Do you know if your friend sent the application to Ottawa or Quebec office?
I spoke with them just now too, the agent said that my application is in process as well. Hopefully it doesn’t take too long. I saw some other threads where some people have been waiting for over a year so I’m very anxious.
+1 (888) 242-2100 you can call on this number and choose the travel document option, they offer a call back option aswell if the wait is too long. Hope this helps

is it that unless you met with PR eligibility then don't issue Travel documents ? ( I didn't received COPR yet - Applied in Sep 2021 )
Did you submit NOD? What do they say when you call them? Why is it still processing ?
yes I submit NOD and I taken help from my consultant for RTD application filling

It seems like your RTD IS STUCK IN A BACKLOG LIMBO. Same thing happened with my PR card, I still haven’t received it, and I applied 2 years ago. keep calling them and sending webforms and ask them flag it for urgency. You could also benefit from taking help of your local MP.
