Hi Dear Members,

I came from Pakistan to Canada by irregular entry from Roxham Road to Claim Asylum in September 2018. My hearing was twice delayed. Last in late March 2019. I’m currently in Ontario but my hearing will be in Montréal. Could anyone please give me some suggestions for to get the day for hearing.
Looking forward for a response for respected members.

Keeping in mind that you applied in September 2018, you still have a long way to go. The typical hearing time on average is almost 2 years (My family had a hearing after a year and 5 months after we claimed refuge in Canada. Our hearing got postponed twice but the second time we talked to our lawyer and she got us the nearest available date). I don't think you can do anything in order to get an early date other than just wait it out. I don't know if your claim qualifies for an expedited hearing but you can always ask your lawyer. Hope everything works out for you.

I agree with what others have said. You should be expecting further delays before your hearing is held.
