Did you get married before or after she completed her landing? We’re you included/added to the application if you were married prior to landing?

We got married after her landing, her landing was in Oct and we married Nov. I just want to know if we should wait and file when PR comes maybe next year or just call CIC now and let them know we are married. Its a bit tricky and confusing
