I have applied for refugee status on October 2021 in Vancouver. It’s been almost 6 months and I am still waiting for my eligibility interview. Is there anything I can do in order to follow up my case?

It's quite normal to wait over a year for the eligibility interview. However some people do get it sooner. So what you are experiencing is normal.
There is unfortunately nothing you can do to expedite the eligibility interivew.
Good luck and hopefully it gets scheduled soon.
