Dears, if any one apply a refugee claim, how much it would take to bring his wife to Quebec from first day of applying the refugee if there is no children, and if the wife is nurse and we know that they need nurses is this may help to bring it faster or it is the same,and if i include the name of my wife in the application can she visit Canada as visitor if she get invitation from any Canadian person or they prevent it from entering Canada please help...

The fact that your wife is a nurse will not speed up the processing time.

It is extremely unlikely that your wife will be approved for a tourist visa. To be approved you must demonstrate that you have no plans to remain in Canada long term and have strong ties to your home country. Given you are a refugee claimant, CIC will assume your wife wants to remain in Canada long term as well and will very likely refuse the visa.

Based on processing times for refugees to obtain PR status is 22months, but most probably it will take a bit longer
