hi,my extentend of visitor visa is refeusd can i re apply my visitor visa ,because my husband filled spousal sponsorship inland.

Not from within Canada

Did your husband fil the application before your current visa expired?
If yes, you have implied status and can remain in Canada until you hear back from CIC.

You didnt answer my question.

Did you understand what I said?

If your husband and you sent out your PR application BEFORE your current visa expired,and you filed an INLAND application, you can stay in the country under implied status until you hear back from CIC.
If you filed an outland application or your visa ran out before you guys sent the application,then you can try to re apply. Why was it refused the first time? What were the reasons?

Reason for original entry and reason for requested extension;
2. Ties to country of permanent residence, including:
- employment and study commitments;
- family ties and responsibilities;
- status (citizenship or immigration status);
3. Financial means for the extended stay and return home;
4. Travel and identity documents;
5. Probability to leave Canada at the end of authorized stay.
After considering all the circumstances of your case, I am not satisfied that you meet the
requirements of the Act and Regulations.

Is your sponsorship application inland or outland? This is super important to know,since you dont have to apply for a new visa if you applied inland for your PR.
Please clarify if its inland or outland.

Im assuming you are already in Canada? What country are you from? Did you mention in the extension application that you have sent your sponsorship application and are now waiting for it to be processed?
