Greetings all
I have something that is worrying me with regards to the reference letter
I have a mix of verbiage in my letter.
What i mean is in the three statements
His employment details were
His roles and responsibilities were
But they mentioned He is mainly responsible for
So is it fine if there a difference of verbiage in these 3 statements

Yeah as long as they are authentic and credible you are good to go! It's not mandatory to have it in the same statements

Yea it is signed by my hr manager on letterhead but they mixed up.in it because they used the same letter provided by my manager before me leaving the company (hence it was all present tense) and changed it to past tense and forgot that one sentence.
Hr then signed it

If it contains all the information as stated by cic , then it's perfectly alright. Check the cic website and see if your reference letter has all the specifics. Like I said it doesn't matter if it's not exactly mentioned , just that it should have all the required info.

In my opinion, it looks good and yes of course 3.2 will qualify for the 3 years.
Just make sure duties are matching to NOC code but not 100 percent.
Also wait for other experts advices as i am not very experienced but I dont see anything wrong with it

Thank you for your reply.
one more thing to ask, as I mentioned in the reference letter salary is paid by cash, I don't need to give any pay slip rite? as you might be aware how clinics works in India, they don't give any pay slips and all. in addition the salary paid is well within the tax exempt, so no tax return form.
in this case what we may need in addition? or only reference letter is enough?

Well, usually the salary mentioned in the reference letter is enough and any other document like payslip, tax return form etc are supporting documents only and not mandatory. I would say its enough to have it in the letter only but keep in mind that if possible prepare a tax exemption report or something of that sort just in case it is asked by the IRCC later.
But from what I have read online and from.several senior members, pay slips ajd tax returns are absolutely not mandatory but COULD be asked by IRCC

Your reference letter will need to state that salary was paid in cash. Pay slips or salary statements are the only evidence that you were paid for the job that you are claiming points for. Many applicants have reported here in the past that they were asked by IRCC to provide payslips, tax returns etc. so better to be prepared for any such situation. Good luck

yes the reference letter states that salary was paid by cash as I mentioned above in the format. Actually salary was paid in cash, as you know how a small dental clinics works in India, everything on verbal only, no offer letter and all. but they give us the reference letter with all the details required by CIC. it looks like the one I posted before.

Does the clinic have their website? That is one of the checks conducted while reviewing eligibility
