Hi,

hoping someone can help with this.

I got my ITA for pr under CEC. My employer has provided me with the referral letter but it does not include my benefits and job duties as per the company policy.
My colleague and manager do not want to write an unofficial letter as well.

So all together I have the referral letter without the job duties, original offer letter which contains my benefits, the job posting printout for which I applied for my current job (this includes my duties and responsibilities), paystubs and T4.

would it be okay if I submit the above? Is there anything else I could do about this?

thank you

I believe job duties are must for experience letter. If they are not providing you that then you make one pdf for your initial letter and the current one they gave you. Explain everything in LOE. Wait for experienced players to jump in

Hmmm, if it's a Canadian company, aren't they obliged to do so legally?
They are but I don’t think they are legally required to provide everything you ask for in that letter. They provided a letter which includes all but my benefits and responsibilities. It’s a government agency so I’m not sure of my options

Oh okay, if it's a government agency i think you'll be fine.

I understand, some duties and responsibilities might be confidential for them.

I don't think it will be a problem.
