    Yes, my account shows that my background check was completed on February 28th. I’m guessing both GU’s were the criminality and security approvals. I think they started the background check after I submitted the biometrics so maybe it took 4 months?

    Got my 2nd(?) ghost update yesterday, spoke to an agent today and they confirmed everything is passed. Just waiting for final decision now. AOR: May 8 Biometrics: Oct 23 No other changes on my application except the ghost update.

    They are but I don’t think they are legally required to provide everything you ask for in that letter. They provided a letter which includes all but my benefits and responsibilities. It’s a government agency so I’m not sure of my options
