what if your reference letter doesn't have your leave ( unpaid or paid )explicitly mentioned on it .

If its the employment experience letter you meant, I am pretty sure it is not needed. I you are confused with the annual salary plus benefits wording in the CIC site , I believe it is more about the bonuses etc.

I THOUGHT IT IS MANDATORY TO MENTION IN YOUR REFRENCE LETTER YOUR UNPAID OR PAID LEAVE DURING YOUR EXPERIENCE THAT YOUR COUNTING TOWARDS YOUR EE.

IS IT TRUE ? PLEASE ADVISE

Could anyone please help me :(
if your reference letter doesn't have your leave ( unpaid or paid )explicitly mentioned on it ; is that a problem or would it cause any issue if we don't mention that we went home country for 1 month ?

No, it's not mandatory! What they do ask for is benefits, so for example, paid vacations and how many days per year you should mention!

Benefits isn't a MUST in a reference letter , i agree with the first part though.
