Reference Letter from Previous Company

Hello Experts,
My scenario is as below:

1: Joined company XYZ, India in the year 2009 and worked in the same location until 2011.
2: Moved to the UK for the period 2011- 2012 on deputation(ICT) from the same company(XYZ).
3: Returned back to XYZ, India, and worked in the same company from 2012-2015.

Now, my question is, do I need to show 3 different rows in my work history while filling the online application(post-ITA), or a single entry with company XYZ with period 2009-2015?

What is the acceptable format to handle this scenario while filling online application?
Note: I have received a Reference from this company with my roles and responsibilities and duration mentioned from 2009- 2015 in XYZ.
Please suggest.

In your work History, You need to mention all 3 locations which mean three different rows per location basis.

If you can get a reference letter for each location, that will help. Otherwise, One single Reference Letter which covers all the years also fine. But make sure to get at least a tabular form of the locations you worked in the reference letter along with job titles will be useful. You might be got a promotion during this period. So mentioning your promotion role also useful.

As far as I know, the CRS calculator might not award the points if the experience is not within 10 years. So check that out and you might not need exp from 2009 to 2011 as well.

Thank you for responding! But the company has its own standards so they can not customize the format that they have. I have received on reference letter with start date 2009 and exit as 2015.

Some other folks also suggested that there should be only 1 row(as the company is the same), and move the 1-year experience in travel history. but not sure if this is acceptable to officers?

From 2011- 2015, your work location is not the same, So I think you need to add two individual entries according to Location despite working for the same company.

You may add the same reference letter for both entires, but as proof, you might add country based salary slips, tax forms, etc. In order to do that, you need two entries.
