Hello All,

I am working with company XYZ in India since 2010 and now I am in Canada on WP (with the same company XYZ).

Do I need to mention my Indian experience as well in the employee reference letter? or Should I start with Canadian start date?

Regds...
Ajay

Canadian Experience Class...so mention experience gained in Canada only, since that's all that will count.

Cheers.

Reference letter should be provided by your company. CIC is nt interested in ur duties you did outside Cananda. Reference letter can have dae of joining in India but the set of responsibilities should be o your Canadian expierence.

Also make sure all requirement in check list is full fill on your emp ref letter, also check if your employer can include NOC as well

Thanks. So, my employer is never going to provide me the letter. Though, some how I have convinced my manager to sign the letter.

I have a question. I am using company letterhead having HR mail ID to write the experience letter. WIll there be a issue as letter head will have HR mail ID and signature in the document will be of my manager.

Should be fine, as long as the contact information is legit and CIC can verify the employment if they need to.
Maybe have your manager put his/her email address and phone number on the letter as well.
