Ref. letter from Employer - from India HR instead of Canada HR

Dear all,

Can anyone send me ref letter format? I thought of sending this to my supervisor to sign it.

My supervisor (Client) is with other company now. But I will ask him to write like

To Whomsoever it may concern

"My name" was working as "My Role" from "date" to "date" under my supervision when I was working as "His role" in "Company Name". His responsibilities and duties as follows:

What you have decided..I too fall in the same boat as my CANADA HR refusing to give letter and asking to me to get it from INDIA HR ?

The following link gives hope but what i feel is, if we go with INDIA HR letter and other possible supporting documents, its a 20 % chance of success i,e depends on the CIC officer ?

But we need to attach other supporting documents.

What are all the supporting documents, i hope,
1.Pay slips (fortunately i found total no/: of working hours for a month in our Pay slips )
2. T4
3.Work permit
4.Salary letter (Increment letter we got at Onsite)
5. Deputation letter
6. Letter submitted while applying Work permit (with roles and responsibilities)->This some times contradicts our roles and responsibilities in exp letter/NOC, so need to be careful !!
7.Explanation letter

Lets see...!!
