I was wondering, if your application was refused and goes into reconsideration, will the application go back to "in process" after the supporting documents for your request have been assessed or before the new documents have been assessed?

Don't believe so. Reconsideration is more of an informal process. If the VO changes there mind they may need to put your file back into process to change it to approval.I was wondering, if your application was refused and goes into reconsideration, will the application go back to "in process" after the supporting documents for your request have been assessed or before the new documents have been assessed?
Thank you for answering Canuck i am totally confused because I saw my status changing from Refused to “profile/application updates” three times today. And then it went back to refused and didn’t change again Its been three days already .

And then it went back to refused and didn’t change again Its been three days already .It could just be system updates if the changes are very temporary and return back to what they were. It has only 3 days that's not a lot of time.Thank you for answering Canuck
