Hi All, my score is 483 under NOC1111. With the targeted draws right now and all-in programs are skyrocketing scores around 496 - 517 so far. What advice can you give for me as I really want to get ITA this year?
1. Seek LMIA? Employer is willing to provide but I am afraid if I get ITA along the process
2. Retake Celpip? I had L10W10R8S8, which is very exhausting to retake plus very costly.
3. Or I will wait for All in program draw that will go down to at least 480? How likely it will go down to this score?

I am so confused right now and very worried as I am currently living in Canada for 3 years with my entire family.

For which OINP stream?

If you are working in Ontario for at least 2 years, you may qualify for the OINP Foreign Worker Job Offer stream. If you have a Canadian education of at least 2 years and have a job/job offer for an Ontario based company, you may qualify for the OINP International Students stream. Both should be easy enough to get an invitation, especially if you are already working for an Ontario company.

OINP are targeted draws as well. I applied both and I have 1 year work experience in NoC 1111. If you check their rounds of invitation. There has been no draws for financial accountant since 2019.

There were 3 FSW job offer general draw in 2022 and for International students, there was a general draw in January 2023. So your NOC has been selected over the past year.

Anybody who got OINP FWJO and OINP JOIS would tell you that these are not NOC targeted streams. I should know, I got my PR from the international student stream myself.

Those two streams operate on a point system outside of NOC.

Fellas, @Wai Obeni and Members,

While applying for the OINP streams, the system is asking to upload the reference letter for employers. I am yet to get the reference letter from one of the employers. Can I submit the profile with whatever documents I have and later can I submit the pending reference letter document ?
