just thinking that "updated" status i saw briefly on my cic was probably in regards the email i sent the other day asking them to update my address....ah well the wait continues

It seems that, if applicant didn't submit holder fee $100 initially, and was sent a notice/email to re-pay later, CIC did NOT process those cases so far. Correct me if I am wrong....

Just wondering did someone applied after Feb 20th and got approval with above condition ? Please let me know your timeline.

Congrats Hegarty, I told you will approved just wait. So finally you got approved. Sometimes its good to approved late now you got more time on this permit as it approves late.

For anyone who was approved for BOWP how long were you waiting for the email saying you are approved and stating your work permit number. I was approved yesterday morning but I still have not received the email.

Where are you? If in Toronto GTA you should get it in the mail (snail) on Monday or Tuesday - don't worry, you will get it in good time before your current WP expires.

hey no im not on about the mail ...i have heard from people here that you get an email after saying blah blah a letter has been sent to you address and then mentions your wp number

Hi guys,

I applied 15. March....
still nothing...
...freaking out....a bit....

Implied status will not help me, as my company seem not to be willing to keep me anyway.

First they wanted to renew me under LIMA, confirmed it via e-mail, confirmed also not to change NOC and then all of a sudden: NOPE.

I wonder now, would it make sense to start to applying for jobs? Even I don't know if I get BOWP and when?
Any suggestions?

im march 15 BOwP applicant. i got an email from cic that there is an update on my account.. but when i checked nothings change. it still open. what do u guys think happen? im so scared!
