Visa office in Canada? I never dealed with a visa office in Canada. We called IRCC several times, they say there is nothing they can do and we must wait till Ankara realizes that my file must be transferred to Canada
Have you emailed Ankara?

That's what I meant. There's also a Virtual Landing thread in which applicants have all mentioned that they emailed their VO, who then sent an email saying they will transfer file to an office in Canada for processing. So if Ankara isn't responding - then perhaps all that can be done is wait. Also make sure you email from the representatives email. That's the email they have on file

I mentioned clearly my situation.
Unfortunately things often get misinterpreted and the 20 emails to Ankara could have lead to confusion. Are the directions you received about submitting passport to Ankara? Wouldn't go to Ankara to just get your passport stamped but if you were planning on visiting for at least 2 months you could definitely get your passport stamped there now that all COPR holders can now travel to Canada. You never know how long stamping will take so add some buffer time. If you are fully vaccinated that would also be necessary or you could have to do hotel quarantine.

As long as going to Turkey doesn't create more complications I want to go. Because once you send your passport to Ankara they stamp the pr in 10 days. I don't mind staying short or long. Ofcourse in my case there maybe more complications because my address is Canada now. I can also send a webform to change my adress to Ankara but still I am worried for further complications. I feel like here in Canada I am waiting but nothing is going to happen.

It is really up to you. 14 dats seems fast these. As others have pointed out you may be on a list to receive a virtual appointment. I have seen others wait around 2 months. Agree with the suggestion of asking your MP about what is going on with your switch to a virtual landing. If you do a virtual landing I would suggest waiting to receive your PR ard before travelling.
