Receiving a NOTICE after the interview (test day)

After applying for citizenship in October 2011 and receiving a residence questionnaire in September 2012, I finally took the test on January 26, 2015 in Calgary office (and I passed) but after the interview with CIC officer, she gave me a form "NOTICE TO APPLICANT - REQUEST FOR DOCUMENTARY EVIDENCE OF YOUR RESIDENCE IN CANADA" and she told me to mail all documents to their office.
Can someone please tell me what the normal procedure is for people who receive THIS notice and how long it will take to be called for the oath?

Sorry to know that. Is it the form CIT-520E. If yes, it is short Residence Questionnaire. What exactly was asked in that form? USA entry/exit trips information or something else?

Yes, it's form CIT-520E

It did not ask me for any USA entry/exit but it asked me to provide them with two things:
1. Color photocopies of any passports and/or travel documents, valid or expired.
2. Provincial personal health claims summary.

And they all must cover the period from the date I became a permanent resident to the date I applied for Canadian citizenship.

It did not ask me for any USA entry/exit but it asked me to provide them with two things:
1. Color photocopies of any passports and/or travel documents, valid or expired.

Please submit the information as soon as possible. Someone in this forum who has gone through this process of submitting CIT-520E can provide the information regarding processing times.

If you live in Ontario, the personal health claims summary is something you can get very quickly. I got mine in less than 2 weeks.

I'm in Alberta and here you can get it less than two weeks as well.
But I'm worried what would happen and how long it would take to process my application once I send CIC the documents!!

Did they also ask you for personal health claims summary?

Feel sorry for you. Can you please share details of your interview? Why do you think they had to give you the form? Was it triggered by any answers you gave tov their questions? any thoughts? Also, why copies of all passports - did not you bring them along to the test (as required in the invitation)?

Has it been a year after your test, 2nd RQ and still no Oath? Seems harsh. You should be eligible for Mandamus. Please explore your legal option.

I don't think it was for any of my answers but only because I was a few days short of 1095 days. But again they asked for the residence questionnaire before so I don't know why they are asking for it again.
And probably copies of my passports for the judge to see how many days I've been out of the country.

the benefit of the CIT 0520, and the reason why it's way better than an RQ is that they tell you specifically what they want. What they're looking for in order to assess. Rather than the RQ where you need to throw everything you can get your hands on plus the kitchen sink and hope one of them is the document that they want to see.

So yeah. Send the docs ASAP. There's a link to health record requests in my blog link signature.

I'll be sending the documents to CIC in a week.

No, I never sent my health records or copies of my passports with the first RQ but I did tell them the dates I was out of the country.

Do you know if receiving this form delays my application?
And if a judge might want to see me?
