What were the programs? Did you include both diplomas/certificates? Were they completed back to back? Was it two one year programs or 8 month programs? How often did you work more than 20 hours? No failing classes? You may only get two-year PGWP depending on the programs.

All if them were 8 months or more. No failing in class. Yes I did include everything
So both course were more than 8 months and you did the courses back to back with no break in between. You can appeal and ask for reconsideration. You may or may not get a 3 year but may get a two year.

we have already appealed. There was no break except the scheduled break between the school course.
Assume you are in Canada, had a study permit for the duration of your programs, and you completed both programs in Canada. Can't tell you your chances, no one can.
