Received Letter from CIC to respond to Misrepresentation!! Please Help

Hello,I received a letter yesterday to reply within 7days over misinterpretion.The mistake I made my when paying for biometrics my card denied and I used the card of the person guiding me to do the application to pay and unluckily the card had been used to pay for Biometrics for other applicants,what can I do please?

You'll need to respond and tell IRCC that someone helped you with your application and you did not declare this.

Its not unluckily, this a clear case of using "fake/ghost/illegal consultant" service, you need a very strong reason or you will get a 5year ban. IRCC system is smart and can detect hidden agents behind your application. In that case, you are doomed.. share your PFL here, we will try to help.
