Received ITA under CEC but ielts went down from 7. 5 to 7 after retake

I recently got invited to apply for PR under CE but my ielts is expiring by the end of the month. I had to retake. Just got my result back and here is what happened
Previous score was 7.5 overall
L 8 R 7 W 7 S 7
Current score is 7 overall
L 7.5 R 6.5 W 6.5 S 7

Will i still be eligible to accept my invitation to apply under CEC?

Do you have enough points to be above the cut off with the lower IELTs score?

Can you submit your complete application before your IELTs results expire?

Unfortunately i think i won't have enough points.. Actually i only have 510 crs score but i got invited despite of lacking 1 point..
My previous ielts result is expiring on the 26th

Can you submit your complete application by the 25th?

If not, then you need to decline ITA.
