If you apply before the expiration date you should be fine unless the immigration officer asks you for a new one. If I were you I would take a new test ahead of time just in case. Actually, I got the ITA today and my IELTS expires on April 30th and I'm considering giving the test again in case I need it.

Congrates. Could you keep me posted if they ask you for it because the tests here in Jamaica fill up very quickly so might have to go to another country to do it.

Does anyone know if credit cards and loans are taken into consideration when calculating POF amount? Or is it just to show that you have borrowed money to show large money in POF?

They don't count towards the POF amount. However, a large variance in your 6 month deposit account balance (meaning you just put a large amount in there to meet POF requirement) combined with a loan or credit card balance may lead them to ask further questions. They want to know for sure that your are not borrowing the funds and have to pay them back, but that you actually have the funds to meet the requirement.
