I have received an invitation to apply for PR as EE- MPNP as an Inland candidate. For submitting the application for PR ( inland EE- MPNP) candidate, does one need to also provide the Canadian Character Certificate as well beside PCC from their home country? If yes, the services are currently closed due to COVID-pandemic and there is no date available to document when services will resume. How shall one proceed?
