Received GMCS Note - Unclear - Help

I got my refusal letter on 7th of September from Abu Dhabi, IRCC. I applied for GCMS Notes and received as mentioned below. I can't see what was the exact reason why I was denied and the date seems incorrect/messed up too since it was my first application to Canada and all was done May 2023, anyone can shed any light on it? I am pasting the GCMS notes below withholding detailed name and information details ofcourse, importantly, what does it mean if I were apply again? The comments seems to be empty.

The reason of refusal is literally mentioned in the GCMS Notes.

The red flag is you mentioned visiting an old friend. You should have just sticked with going for tourist and not knowing anybody in Canada. You can’t apply for a tourist visa and still include visiting friends and family.. Ok! Next time just apply visiting friends and family visa, don’t mention tourism again.. Good luck

The officer has concerns that you do not have family ties outside CAnada. This is basically because you are single and they think that you will not come back due to no family ties outside Canada.
Recommendation: In Next application, put documents related to your other family members such as father/mother and write a explanation that you are supporting your father/mother/sisters/brothers and cannot leave them as they depend on you in their daily life.

The purpose of the applicant's visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the
details provided in the application.
The officer think your purpose doesnt make sense. This is because a single person spending a lot of money to go meet his friend for few days and take a canadian tour doesnt make sense.
Be aware canada is not a touristic country, and tourism to canada only make sense if you have already did tour half of the world, such as Schengen/europe countries, far east countries etc. Tourism purpose only make sense if you have a extensive tourism history.

Be aware that Canada is a expensive country, a trip of 10 days can reach to 6-8K CAD.
This is because your ending balance is low. A person having total of 30K and want to spend it for tourism maje him financially not that established.
