My son's school is a private elementary school and my flight academy, both on the list.

Try to aim for instructors rating.
Good way to get some hours, schools hire FI's. apply for PR.
Getting PGWP is a bit unclear for pilots, just make it worthwhile.

If your local airlines are easy target for hiring freshers, go ahead.
If not, try going for FI Rating, it also helps for getting PR in Canada if that's something you'd wanna consider.
