If there is something that should have been included and was not then you can send it to IRCC but it's but its up to the officers discretion on how to handle it

hello guys, I am Satvik and I found out that MY GCMS has eligibility as REVIEW REQUIRED. please help me with this. Also, there is a note but IDK the officer has blurred some parts in that note.
