How do you know there are no negative comments? Usually the case officer will mention in the notes what he has reviewed and why he put Review Required.

I applied for GCMS notes several times as a PR applicant and at no point was eligibility marked as Review Required.
It went from Not Started to In Progress to Eligibility Met. Those who got Review Required always had a note saying that the case officer had found some issue and needed an extra review to proceed.

Why would they use a different status system for SP?
I know because I just received my gcms note and that is the situation in my case

Infact there is no eligiblity---not started in my note.

Immediately after bio - - pass, it went straight to eligibility---review required

Incase if eligibility is under review
Counterfoil req:yes. , Does that mean visa stamping decision for that application is made already??
Guys

"Counterfoil req:yes" doesn't mean it's a sticker vignatte or visa sticker requested. This Counterfoil req:yes is definitely something else. Because I have requested multiple GCMS notes for refusal cases and in every GCMS notes it mentioned "Counterfoil req:yes"

So "Counterfoil req:yes" doesn't necessarily mean visa sticker or passport stamping or anything related to visa I believe. This must be some sort of other immigration term. They put term on all study permit cases whethere its approved or rejected. It's common in all GCMS notes. I even found one of my friends approved visa GCMS notes this "Counterfoil req:yes" recently while he was waiting for the decision he requested GCMS notes and by the mean time AIP arrived.

Counterfoil is the sticker on the passport. Req:yes means that it is required for you as a citizen of a country that requires a visa to enter Canada. It doesn't have any weight on your application decision, it just means you are not eligible for a visa waiver (unlike US and EU citizens for example).

Can you confirm the eligibility process in the gcms of some approved applications? was it eligibility not started to passed or otherwise?

I applied in SDS and I gave PTE. They have mention that SDS eligibility not matched in comment section and then I think it will convert into NON SDS file but my all documents are real and genuine even my PTE score is also real so may be my file will review again by senior officer.
