Hello people,

here i am adding my name in the list. as well. I am from Qatar and I filled my application in 2009. Please look at my status and do let me know about my situation, CIC London asked me my original Education docs, my pay slips, and My Visa Page. also one little information for all of you, that i sent all my Docs (120 days limit) in August 09 but send the IELTS paper in Sep thats Y my London AOR is in Oct09. then in jan they send me another Requirement that is above mentioned docs and also they want to know the accreditation of my universities, so I went back to Pakistan to get the letter from my universities which certifies that my universities are accredited and recognized. I send my Original Educational papers and for my wife as well as requested.

did London CHC asked u to send original Education docs, pay slips, and Visa Page, after ur e-cas changed to 'In Process' or b4 the e-cas changed to 'In Process'.

And if the above docs were requested after e-cas changed to 'In Process', please let us know how many day/ weeks after 'In Process' these docs were requested. after that we will be able to say what we think.

Thanks for the msg, I was thinking that I am the only one in CIC london who is waiting and checking this fourm. but I am glad I am not alone.
CHC london changed my e-cas on 21 JAN 2010 and I recieved a letter asking for mentioned documents on 28th of Jan and they gave me 60 days time to submit. I have sent these docuemnts on 1st week of March. Since then there is no change in the E-Cas as it is still showing in Process. One more thing along with original Education docs, pay slips, and Visa Page , CIC asked me to send me the prove of university accreditation. and I send them all.
Now please comment what do you and other thinks about my case.

really very sorry for the late reply. this is what i think about ur situation:

1. no u r not the only one who r suffering from this disease called London CHC; we all r suffering from it.

2. ur e-cas changing to 'In Process' ur point is greater than or equal to 67. So, ur points are ok as long as all supporting docs to support those points are ok (this is what i learnt from this forum).

3. although ur e-cas changed to 'In Process' on 21 Jan,10 & u received request for additional docs on 28 Jan,10, i don't think London started processing the case (plz note this is just my opinion & i am not an expert) until they received additional docs. So, if u have sent them on 1 mar,10, i guess London CHC received them on or around 10 Mar, 10. Let's say the IO reopened ur file & started processing ur case again on 11 Mar, 10, by looking at avearge timelines for London CHC in this forum, it will take another 3/4 months (depending on there is no other issues with any other docs) b4 a request for medical is received.

4. after u send ur medical results, it will be another 3/4 monmths b4 PPR & RPRF is asked by London.

i feel really sorry for myself & everybody else who is dealing with London CHC. London CHC is the slowest & most pathetic CHC under new rule beside Buffalo in NY.

no updates today from me however I can access ECAS again

Last week I managed to access it(using england as the country) and it went dead a few days later. I sent a question to their questions@ address and they have told me my country is set to wales? lol no idea why But still says received by visa office today
