looking at London CHC's timeline, a case completion by summer (July/ August) is a big ask from us, i think.
I think it's only possible if they r going to refuse us......in that case everything will be completed by June.

I hope we get done in time for summer!! Dont fancy a winter move!

(Please insert lots of rude words or your preference ) we were hoping everything would be completed by the end of the summer as we were hoping our son would be starting his 1st year in high school in September. Still hoping we will get changed to 'in process' end of April beginning of May and then the medicals 1 month from then etc etc. Really don't want to move over when cold.
Still not giving up hope yet.

hi guys, i have got an important update. today i checked my e-cas & it has changed to 'In Process'.

But please note that when i checked last tuesday, e-cas was clearly showing 'Received by Visa Office'. After Tuesday, i only checked today which is Monday. So, that means e-cas might get updated any day of the week not only on Tuesdays.

I don't know what will be next step. Will they call my employer while e-cas is 'In Process' or they will ask for any extra docs if they want to or my application may still get rejected? what will happen & after how long, if everything is ok, i will receive request for medical or so on? anybody can shed any light?

good luck to all of u whose e-cas is in 'Received by Visa Office' or is 'In Process'.........

i will post any new developments in my e-cas or situation as soon as it happens.......
