Mr. Saxena Sagar is no more in this race to Canada. His status changed to Visa Office Eligibility Review Complete and got rejection. Just go a few posts backwards. You can see his last post. I thought u were aware of mr.sagar saxena.

Actually we were planning to go together to Toronto.... Now when am getting visa.... he will become a citizen!!!!!

u r correct about London CHC. nothing we can do. sometimes we get angry but what more we can do than that except just praying to Almighty that the next day gonna be different to yesterday, yet nothing changes for us.

i am still hoping & praying that everyone who is dealing with london chc get their process wrapped up very soon.

Can anyone advice me the time span for a letter to reach Sharjah from London CHC? They have dispatched a letter to my P.o BOX on 18th May and i think it is the medical requests. Daily checking my po box here but still no clue abt this package.

Another query here is my wife is 5 months pregnant and I am in a fix as to how to go about with medicals. My son is in Mumbai and should I do his medicals frm there. Anyways my case will be delayed as i would have to add the new born to my file and I am in no hurry to land in Canada soon.
If I go there also we will return in 45 days after doing landing formalities. :-\ :-\

I mean almost everyone's status changed to "in process" within a 3 month period while mine took 5 . Anyway , lets just wait and c , or in fact don't even wait , just forget about it and results good or bad will surface eventually after all a watched pot never boils .

My Ecas turned to visa office eligibility review complete yesterday

At this point I am really worried to what this might mean. An eligibility review complete from London most likely is a rejection? Am I correct?
So is it still safe to apply for a study permit with this eligibility review complete thing?

I am really anxious to know what exactly they mean by that...after a 5months wait

I applied in September 19 2009 initially
First AOR fro scot novia was 19 november
I never received any AOR from London
I then submitted my full applications to london January 10 2010

Ok. you are new applicant under FSW category and submitted full docs during Jan 2010. Unfortunately "visa office eligibility complete" before "in process" means... rejection...

sorry... but you can check what may be the reason for rejection.... and if its not justified.. you can appeal..
