Received AoR on Oct 26th 2019. Waiting for PPR since then. Indian h1b in the US

Spouse and I applied in 2019 and we got our ITA in Sept 2019 and AoR in October 2020.

The agent assigned to our application asked for follow up documentation in March 2020. No progress since then.


Spouse tried emailing cic and calling the number listed on their website but no response.

Anyone else in the same boat / any contact where we can get additional info on our status / any other ideas and experiences are much appreciated.

You meant AOR in Oct'2019, right?
Raise your concern through telephone, call using Fongo, they should issue e-COPR because you're exempted and can enter Canada with no hassle.
They should finalize your application soon.
