Thank you for the tip. I'll try that. Are you aware of any friends or family still waiting for CoPR who got their AOR in late 2019? My TOEFL, medical etc worked have expired but no retest either. Many people on other threads seemed to have gotten.

Spouse and I applied in 2019 and we got our ITA in Sept 2019 and AoR in October 2020. The agent assigned to our application asked for follow up documentation in March 2020. No progress since then. Spouse tried emailing cic and calling the number listed on their website but no response...
