My VO is HK5960, weird number... I thought it was supposed to be a three digit number.
Anyone knows what this one means ?

Leon1986 should answer the question that how this will help!
but maybe we can decode something out of it! :
like: this specific officer is lazy! or probably we had ambiguities in our files which the file ended up in a particular officer handling special cases!
