Hello,
I got a mail two months ago with a job offer. In this time they gave me some documents. At first I got contract agreement paper. after one month I got a job offer letter and employment certificate of Canada. After an week I got LMIA Approval For Foreign Employee. I have also received Approval letter from the Immigration Refugees & Citizenship Canada.
Now they gave an email address and a mobile number to contact him for visa and work permit. He is from India. I sent him all required documents. Now, he replied me with an attachment of Canada Visa form. He wrote on massage box about the cost of visa processing.
I live in Bangladesh. In my country have an embassy of Canada. But for Covid19 it has been closed temporally.
Now, I am hesitated about the processing. I am also confused about what to do I should?

Please help me with your proper guideline.

Thanking You

It is still a scam that does not change , even the so called law firm site in the post does not exist.

The average salary for a store manager in Canada is around 50000 cdn not over 100000 cdn as the offer,

As far as know cannot find any 'Organization of Working Time Act 1996 or 1997' for Canada and also totally unrealistic in Canada for anyone to have 8 weeks vacation a year. The area code on the fudger site is 431, Manitoba and not Vancouver where the site claims they are located

There is nothing to add but this is a scam just run away from it and do not share copies any documents or pay any money
Wow!!! CA$100K for a store manager job in Canada? Which store is this one? Must very very high end store which offers such huge salaries in retail sector. People in Canada will line up to work for this retail store chain. So no need for them to look for foreign workers.

Minimum wage in Canada is between ~CA$11.32 to CA$16.00 and you would be lucky to make CA$50K-CA$60K as a manager in retail / farm sector. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, lots of people in Canada are out of jobs. So again there is no need to bring in a foreign worker at least in retail sector.

It is a SCAM. Please stay away from it.

It's almost definitely fake. You can only apply for visas online at the moment, and through the Government of Canada's website. You should never be paying someone else for the visa.

If you paid anything for the job offer and LMIA, you've been scammed and will never get that money back.

Hi all,
I am a full time employee of Ernst & young, India. I did request for a transfer to thr office in Toronto, as my sister and family is thr, and I did get an offer letter from the Canada office. Now, my question is since I have the offer letter, can I apply for a work permit from outside Canada? If so, what’s the process/ how do I do it?
Please share the link to apply.
Thank you!
