So as long as you have a real LMIA, didn’t pay anything and the job doesn’t offer food, accommodations, transportation, air travel and is from a real business then it is possible it is real. Good luck.

How do I know it's fake?

Did you or do you have to pay them any money?
(including whatever they promised to pay you back)

If none, it could be real. If you need to pay any money at all, it's fake.

Cut and paste it. If job seems too good to be true then fake - free accommodations, food, travel, high salary, long vacation leave etc.
