Receipt of Acknowledgement- How long should take?

Hello Friends,
My case is no visible in the e-cas. However, I have not received AOR by mail yet. The following is visible in my e-cas. What does it mean that they have started processing? Does it seem fast?
"We received your application for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship) on December 10, 2012.
We sent you a letter acknowledging receipt of your application(s), and a study book called Discover Canada on December 11, 2012. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
We started processing your application on February 19, 2013."

Can someone help me by providing some details that when can I expect my Acknowledgement Receipt & the medical call as my permanent residence application was received on April 26, 2012 & they have started processing my application on January 23, 2013. I have already received confirmation mail from FSW-Centralized_Intake-Office @ cic.gc.ca Dated 03rd May 2012, stating my UCI & application number. They have also confirmed that they have received CAD 1,100/-Dated: 30th April 2012. Your earliest reply will be appreciated.
