Query with regards to previous experience letters. My spouse is working in a full time job here in Canada with a positive LMIA. The present org. Has provided letter with all details like work hours, permanent job, copy of LMIA and Noc Skill. But in the previous experience letters, we don't have so many details written. Will it affect the decision in any way? As the previous work experience points are less as compared to the 600 points for LMIA and permanent job here.

TRAVEL HISTORY section
How many times this section appeared in online application?
After filling details like education history, work history, personal history of principle applicant, travel history section comes up.
Cic saying on the top of this form if you or any family member have travel history?
I select YES ( bcoz my spouse have travel history)
After selecting yes, field boxes comes up for dates , region of travel history, purpose of travel history but there is no any option which shows for whom this travel history belongs. To PA or spouse,
So how system knows its travel history of my spouse.
I think this will again comes up under spouse section.
PLEASE HELP !!!!
I don't understand why you have this question. The documents check lists of the PA and the spouse are listed clearly, separately: PA first, spouse and children follow:
[NAME of the PA]: Candidate Permanent Residency
[NAME of the Spouse]: PR Spouse Form
[CHILDREN, (if any)]:......

Please, this thread is for posting REASONS FOR REJECTION. If you have questions regarding how to fill out the application you can post in other threads.

Actually cic did big mistake, they written same heading for PA and spouse sections.
If you can read it carefully please check
Hi yes i looked. As i said, they are really listed separately here in my application. If you really have a problem with your application you can write an email asking them to fix it.

100% agree, Miumiu! People do not read the thread topics, just post their questions/comments everywhere they want. So annoying...

Hi guys, I got a refusal letter stating

1> "Im not satisfied that you meet the first part of requirements because the qualifying offer of arranged employment you submitted
was designed to offer you employment if you obtained a work permit. Im not satisfied that yopu have a valid job offer from current employer offering you a full time
job if accepted as a permanent resident"
2> " IRPA states that a foreign national must before entering Canada , apply to an officer for visa or other document required by the regulations"

I arrived to Canada in 2012. At port of entry received Open Work Permit. Found a job, but couldn't work in the occupation until I will have Red Seal, so I worked as Lube Tech. Obtaining Red Seal rules were
changed a bit in the time and it took me almost a year to get it. During that process I had to extend work permit - got it for 1 year. After I received had to apply for new work permit as old one was about to end.
New permit is for 2 years, Im still on it. I have applied for PR in Jan 2015 ( 830 point without ECA, applied with CEC), refused in April. My LMIA was valid until June 2015. I don't know what went wrong.
Job offer was here before I found it.
None of my documents states that my employer offers me the job only if i will receive PR. Nothing says that I didn't have work permit. Went to 3 IMMIGRATION CONSULTANTS - was free.
All of them say I will have to re-apply. I will have to wait 1 year from last application was submitted.

There is one line in the Job Offer " This contract shall be for an indeterminate period from the date the employee assumes his functions, conditional upon the employee obtaining a valid work permit pursuant to
the Immigration Regulations, and his successful entry to Canada"
Just one of the Consultants said that might be the problem.

At all times I had continuous work permit, I've sent to CIC just the last one which was valid.
Still don't know what went wrong. Im afraid that when I will apply again, they will refuse it again

So sorry about your refusal. All your consultants were wrong in saying you'll have to wait one year before reapplying as you can reapply immediately. Secondly according to your refusal letter, the issue seems to be the wording '....conditional upon the employee obtaining a valid work permit' whereas it should have been '.....conditional upon the employee obtaining permanent residency'. I suggest you get another LMIA with the correct wording and join the pool as soon as you can. Wish you the best.

this is just so stupid. cannot believe they reject cause of the wording when the person is actually has been employed and holds a PERMANENT job offer.

Thank you guys,

So currently Im waiting for my IQAS / education paper work, and my employer is going to apply for new LMIA letter.
I hope everything will be ok. Im going to reuse my police checks from other countries as since I arrived here didn't
traveled abroad. Now I am 1 year older, so my points will be lower on this, but ECA should help a bit. Ohh I tell you, since 6 month
my nerves are just shredded, I literally bite my nails of what I never did before....

THUMBS UP !!!!!

Friends;

The last time I was in my home country (Dec 2014) I got PC which expired after 3 months based on the PC itself. I have been in Canada since then and now I am submitting my application after the recent ITA.
I asked one lawyer and he told me expiry date makes no sense on PC (which sounds reasonable to me) and CIC accepts this by one year after issue.
Another lawyer told me to renew it.

I found this:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/perm/express/intake-complete.asp

"PCs are typically valid for one year from the date they are issued."

what you think?

Dude just a few posts above someone mentioned to first read the topic and then post. Can you not see it? You have posted a question regarding filling form in both Reasons for Rejection and AOR Received topics.

Request to all - Kindly do not answer to questions that are not part of the topic for which the post was started. Its so difficult and frustrating to follow the actual topic

And please post questions in the correct topic for the sake of everyone following a thread to see updates

Hi NotAnotherJonny, sorry for the refusal. I have several questions for you.
Did CIC send the refusal letter through your email or post in you CIC account?
Have you been requested to submitted any supplement documents, such as Schedule A?
In which stage you got the refusal stage? Would you mind sharing you timeline?
Thank you.

Purohit, Try not to be a bigot! I've been on this forum for a while and found many people asked questions on what would be the specific reasons for rejections, one of them might be expired PC and don't see any problem asking this here. And by the way, what made you feel you can determine what people ask? You don't like, ignore it, and don't order people what to do!

Yes, absolutely, the issue is in the wording of your job offer. The wording is important! The wording used offered you an indeterminate job IF you could get a "valid work permit". It never said that your job would become permanent if you got Permanent Residence.

If you have an LMIA, the wording of your job offer is crucial. It MUST offer you "indeterminate" or "permanent" full-time work once you have PR status. If your employer is not familiar with the requirements or the language, have one of those consultants look at the letter before you apply again.

You do not have to wait a year to apply again, and if you have been able to renew your LMIA, you will most likely get another invitation quickly.

Hi I_love_van, the refusal letter was the PDF file on MyCIC account. Yes I was requested for Schedule_A as in the work history I didn't put anything
about time when I was unemployed - my bad, totally missed that. Unemployment was almost 3 years, I had many small jobs, traveled across Europe.
They asked to fill the information in that period of time, uploaded and 12 days later received refusal.

So the time line :
Jan 20 2015 - Accepted to EE pool
Jan 20 - PR application received
March 3 - request of my original CELPIP - it was original so I just re-sent it
Apr 17 - Schedule A requested for the time gap
Apr 29 - refused

Thank you guys, thanks dobes for information. I don't understand why those consultants were saying I have to wait 1 year. Now I know i don't have to.
The person at work who prepared the documents never actually did it for a foreign worker. So the whole company learns on my case :(
