Hi fellows,
Here's my concern, pl comment: I didn't attach IELTS certificate to CIC, though it was sent to OINP at the time of nomination. How concerned should I be?

Dont worry bro. i also didnt upload since it was not a mandatory document. But two days after submission they have asked for IELTS and i have uploaded immediately. If they have doubts with your transcript id, they will get in touch with you.

Hi,

While uploading documents for proof of employment.

employer 1 and employer 2.

is it the top-down order on the work history page ? that is:

employer 1 is the 1st/top entry displayed on the work history page ?
employer 2 is the last/bottom entry displayed on the work history page ?

Has anbody got rejection in CEC...due to misrepresentation of foreign work in PR application?

Examples of misrepresentations would be:

Fail to declare that you have been refused a visa for another country
Provide a document that is found to be non-genuine
Fail to mention a family member
Declare employment experience which you do not have, or
Obtain permanent residence by having engaged in a non-genuine marriage
Misrepresented information can be provided (or omitted) by yourself, a family member, or your representative. In all cases, it is the principal applicant who is at fault – even if the principal applicant did not know the misrepresentation occurred.

I guess so...

Does your concern come from reading your GCMS notes?

Never seen GCMS notes but does anything know if background check involves looking at past work visa applications for Canada?... Just curious. I know I didn't lie on my past work visa applications, but I can't remember some exact dates (as in I said I started work on July 1st but now I realise it was June 1st etc).

Do they actually look at the papers you submitted in the past?

Hi Seniors-i have been refused pr due topolice certificate issues. Now i am applying again with my wife .Now in statutory question there are two questions on refusal, should i fill in yes for both of them and also should i fill no for my wife for both the questions as she was not the primary applicant that time nor this time.please advise

The GCMS notes are less detailed than the Physical File which takes longer to obtain (approx 2 months).
