Reasons for Rejection

Hi All,

My application got rejected because I only submit one of my working contracts(it was same company but with contracts extended multiple times).

So that contract covers only six months working experience, and it got rejected...

Just wondering what are the chances to get my case reopen if raise a CSE ? Anyone has similar situation with me? Otherwise I will need to wait until november to see if I can get nominated by Ontario.

At this point you have nothing to lose. Open your CSE ASAP and explain. We have had people on the forum who were able to open their cases again so you might be able to do so but do add a polite submission letter to it. If you wait till November, considering all the delays in issuing PNP it might actually be much later than that date, you will lose the CSE chance.

Got my GCMS Note today dated Jul 6th.

A little bit worry.

I have 2 year foreign work experience from two diffident companies, however 1 or 2 years foreign experience would make any diffidence, since the CRS point system awards the same point for 1-2 year foreign experience.


The note covers the verification call from Hong kong visa office, notes as below:

2016/06/22 Text: *******************************Exempt from ATIP Release as per Act 16.1****************************PA''s employment with Company A as technical manager from July 2009 to Aug 2010 confirmed genuine.


2016/06/02 Text: *********************************Exempt from ATIP Release as per Act 16.1**********************************Suspect fraud for PA's employment with Company B.

Company B is already closed, I asked the old manager to sign the letter, but the old company phone number did not work.

In this case, with only 1 year foreign experience, my CRS point remain the same.

So, do I need to worry and do something?

Yes, I did. But I didnt know that the phone number was not working. The visa officer might call but no one pick up or wrong number

Was this note a part of your a11.2? Raise a cse immediately and mention all this.

Oh God!! Raise a CSE immediately and address this issue. Mention in a LOE that the company is closed and provide as much proof as you possibly can to prove your employment in that company - Old reference letters, payslips, bank statements showing salary credits from that employer etc,. If you have the business cards of ex-managers/colleagues, then provide that and inform your ex-managers/colleagues about this. This is critical and has to be addressed immediately. If your company has a wikipedia page/website, provide them with that.

This look confusing.
Because till now, you did not get any rejection letter.
If they want to reject the application they moght have done it on same day, correct ?

No, my A11.2 was passed and met on April 5th already. this note is from local visa office (Hong kong), they called both companies, one is ok, but the other one was wrong number obviously.

I dont think I cannot find these. I was paid by cash, and all my bank account oversea are cancelled. the only thing I have are some contact number of my client and old colleagues.

It has been almost two months and my BG check changed into 2nd in progress two weeks ago.

By time, I mean when applicant revd rejection letter i mail or at CIC mssg box.

Received GCMS notes. Everything seems fine, except there was a comment from support agent,

Which said - Change in names.

The change was in the name of the city of my birth. My city of birth is the same but known by two different names.
Will it cause any issue?
