Hi Friends

I have got Oinp nomination and submitted my application for pr on 14 feb.
My experience
Company 3- 5 years experience-3 in Canada.. 2 in india- provided all details including roles and responsibilites in ref letter
Company 2 - 6 months exp- missed roles and responsibilities provided rest of the details.
Company 1 - 9 months - provided all details.

As you see I missed roles and responsiblites in my 2ND company exp letter since my they refused to give. With the same letter s only I got oinp nomination.
Please let me know it can cause rejection of application at cic stage. Please let me what can I do now.

Thank you very much
You must provide the roles and responsibilities letter to avoid rejection....if company is not ready to give ..contact an old colleague and get his details and sign ...make sure you notarize it and stamp it

Good luck

I have to say this makes me very nervous. My first company closed down over 8 years ago. I provided evidence that I could not locate my old boss or my old colleagues via LinkedIn or Social media. I also provided evidence of the company being de-registered and also provided a notarized letter stating my role and duties at the company. I also provided my payslips, my tax returns confirming I worked as an 'Accountant' and also my T4 equivalents.

In my case it was a Chartered Accounting firm and I provided proof the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia confirmed I worked in that office.

I had over 3 years of experience without this job.

Any feedback/thoughts on this situation is much appreciated. From my point of view I genuinely tried to contact my former boss/colleagues but if unable to locate them what else can I do? I stated I worked in this job because I wanted to be honest, up front and straightforward.

Thank you in advance of your replies.

Please don't worry...you are good, and you have done all you could in your capacity.

In fact since you have more than 3 yrs. of experience excluding that job, you could have even removed it from your work history and put it in your personal history, and still your application would have been acceptable.

Either way you are absolutely fine...

All the Best!

Don't worry...you will be fine, if all else goes ok.

Since you have more than 5 yrs. of experience that has valid reference letters, even if the 6 months isn't as per IRCC's requirement, it's fine, and they should be able to ignore it and consider the remaining since it more than suffices their minimum requirements.

All the best!

What do you mean by "notarize" the reference letter?

It has to be in your company's letterhead duly signed and stamped. and keep the original with you.

yes, it is on letterhead, signed, stamped,
my question is does it it require to be stamped by notary public too.?

I didn't get following documents notarize (signing by notary public), pls suggest whether its ok.
Passport, Reference Letters, Degrees, ECA, IELTS

Got following notarized;
Birth and Marriage Certificates, family tree (B-Form).

You'll be fine. As others have said, you only need to notarize translations if they are not done by a certified translator. As for the reference letters, people who cannot get them on letterhead paper prefer to notarize them in order to add additional credibility to the document. No need to do that if you have them on company letterhead.

Hello Everyone,

Sharing link of the PPR spreadsheet for candidates who have received AOR from CIC (Not from Provinces). It gives a fair idea of the time taken for PPR.

Kindly update the sheet with your details:

Hi Guys,

I just realised that I have not submitted my OINP nomination letter in my PR application. It's because the document was not asked in the check-list generated after filling my details.

I have cleared medicals, BG check status has changed to Not required at this time, Schedule 4 was also submitted after thr request.

Do you feel that i have committed a big mistake. Should i raise CSE immediately.

Not generated because not required. IRCC has its own way of verifying provincial nominations that doesn't require the applicant's certificate. The certificate is for your own record now.

Dear all,

i will soon submit e-APR to CIC, meanwhile i got my reference letters revised and got NOC team positive feedback for the intended NOC. I tried to share it same with SINP, so that CIC may find them same while BG checking.

After several days, i l logged sinp oasis portal, they havn't attached revised reference letters, neither old one are found.
Also i couldn't find my degrees in Education Tab. it is showing no attachment.

afterward, i sent a reminder email to sinp, no response so far.

Please suggest whether it is safe to upload revised reference letters for CIC e-APR?
