Dear Asivad,

Thanks for prompt feedback. I also agree with you, normally it sounds like 6 months to the day, so it can be said 180 days, and that's why I didn't prepare it before.

However, I heard from uncertain source that there happened some cases that CIC still might ask PCC even in case of less than 180 days..

You said it yourself - Uncertain (or unreliable) sources. Trust only CIC's written word on these matters - it is their system and their rules.

All the best!

Bro i have a few queries.
I dint add any business card bcz they had none. But both the reference letters have the complete details to reach the supervisor.
My work agreement said i d be paid bi weekly but i was paid semi monthly. I have added all my paystubs n bank statements that show my salary being credited. Everything else.
I have submitted my file. Paid the fees n everything. I dint mention that in the LOE bcz urrgg i dint notice it before applying. I know i should have been a bit proactive. I just filed yesterday.
What should i do now ? Inform them or wait for them to reach me back. Or shouldnt worry at all. ?

Nothing to worry about here. Business cards are optional not mandatory.

What about the error in work agreement. To be honest, they dnt even ask how we get paid. I did provide my t4 cra's notice of assessment. All my pay stubs for this year. Should i worry abt that minute detail ?

No reason to worry about that - CIC doesn't care.

I got cancellation as incomplete upon 9th draw, because I uploaded only WES credential report without transcript & graduation certificate. However, there still left another concerns because CIC didn't look over my application all, so my another application also might be canceled due to uncertain reasons which make me frustrated. Most big concern I have is that I stayed in Serbia less than 6 months (5 months + 12 days) in which I had short trip to other countries several times, so I thought it's not passed by 6 months nor not continuous in a row, so I didn't prepare Serbia PCC yet.

After the cancellation, I wrote Case specific inquiry in a hope that CIC can help to re-open my case, but there's no feedback yet for a week, and today I got an another ITA again before
I got a clear advice about Serbia PCC above. Should I prepare Serbia PCC before submitting application again? Can anyone advise clearly? It feels like I'm walking in dark foggy night with no light...
Your trips out of Serbia don't count. But if from the day you moved there to the day you stopped living there only 5 months and 12 days passed, you don't need a PCC from there.

Only if it is absolutely warranted to write it like that because of the nature of the job. I don't foresee any challenges because CIC starts counting full-time work experience at 30 hours/week.

Thats what my employer said that as long as it is a minimum 30 hrs. I was like ok if u say so. I normally do 36 hrs a week. Might take an off or do an extra day depending on the requirement.

My current employer says currently working at xxx company. Previous employers say working on full time basis.

Is that okay or all of them need work hours as well?

Both CIC and OOPNP explicitly ask for working hours/week to be included in the reference letter(s). Recommend that you get them included or add a Letter of Explanation wherein you explain this yourself.

All the best!

This is kind of funny! You are using English 'correctly' inasmuch as there IS such a thing as correct English - and 'biweekly' SHOULD mean twice a week. However, you know us native speakers - we corrupt our own language all the time - and now (look it up if you don't believe me, preferably in a North American English dictionary) biweekly means BOTH twice a week and twice a month, or the same thing as semi-monthly. My guess is that your employers never planned to pay you twice a week - no one gets paid that often! - and understood biweekly as every other week.

So you're good to go, no one will ever question this!

Ladies and Gentlemen,

With all the decisions that have been made last week do we have any new reasons for rejection to add to the list?
