Good morning, my name is Eberechukwu Ohaneje, I applied for a visitor visa with my family, family of 5,I paid for my visa fee October 2021 ,and my biometric letter was sent ,I live in Botswana and their was no center for biometric here I was asked the nearest country I told them Zimbabwe and the zidora group company schedule me for an appointment to Zimbabwe ,on reaching to Zimbabwe immigration office. During covid 19 I was refused entry to there country, reason no visitor is allowed in their country due to covid 19 virus. And alongside my international passport expire and i applied for renewal and it took 1 year for the international passport to be issued, please I request for a new biometric appointment
